Contacts by purpose

• Your samaj office

  For profile approval, photo or document checks, and samaj membership. They are the ones who check profiles and documents, so please contact them directly for these.

• SamajMilan support

  For help with the app, signing in or your account.

  The SamajMilan helpline and email will be published here before the app opens to the public. Until then, please speak to your samaj office for help.

• Grievance officer

  For a complaint about a member, a profile or how your details are used. In the app you can also tap "Report" on any profile.

• Deleting your account and details

  In the app, open "Privacy Center" in the "Profile" tab and tap "Delete account". The account deletion page lists what is removed and what stays.
